What is the Met Ball ?

The Met Ball is where the best dressed celebrities, who are creative show their style. The Met Ball or Met Gala has a history of: fashion,beauty,music,art etc. The 2016 Met Ball is located at Anna Wintour’s Costume Center in the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City. This annual event benefits the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute. Anna Wintour editor of American Vogue took over this event in 1999. Did you know that the Met Ball is known as “the party of the year”. The tickets aren’t cheap they cost $30,000 or a table for $275,000.
